Payments will be processed in US dollars. The exchange rate in effect is determined by your credit card company or Paypal and will be shown on your statement.

Payment methods

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards for payment. Your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed. Discounts cannot be combined.

Change of address

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us so that we can correct it before the item is shipped. If the product has been shipped, you will have to reorder with the correct address.

Lost/stolen parcels

We are not responsible if your order is lost during shipping or if an unauthorized person signs for your package. Please contact us by filing a theft report with the nearest DHL/FedEx office, depending on the carrier you selected during checkout.

Free shipping from Japan to the U.S. for orders over $400 shipping charges apply for orders under $400.

Orders under $400USD

We will calculate the shipping cost based on the destination address and weight. A good rule of thumb is about $20.

DHL/FedEx vs EMS

DHL/FedEx does not deliver to bases or P.O. Boxes.

DHL/FedEx can ship faster than EMS, but may incur taxes and duties.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders placed by credit card or cash on delivery will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed by bank transfer or convenience store payment will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

We do not accept returns or cancellations of the following products for customer convenience.

We accept returns and exchanges for defective products, faulty products, or wrong items. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.


If you pay by credit card, the transaction amount may be debited before the refund due to your credit card company's closing date, but it will be offset or refunded at the next time your credit card company debits your account.

In the case of payment via PayPal, the refund will be sent to your account.

Fees related to transfers and refunds are not covered.

What materials are used in the products?

Our products are finished to make the most of the natural leather's original texture as much as possible.
This means that there are wrinkles, uneven colors, and uneven textures unique to natural materials.
In addition, the color of the leather will vary even if the same dyeing process is used by skilled leather craftsmen.

In addition to the above, there are many other factors that may affect the quality of our products.

What should I do for daily maintenance?

Brush or wipe dry frequently to remove dust. For stubborn stains, use a towel that has been wrung out tightly to check if the color will fade in an inconspicuous place before wiping it off. Leather products are generally susceptible to water damage, and color fading and water stains may occur. If the damage is severe, use a light leather cream to treat it. If the damage is severe, use a light leather cream. Enamel is a water-resistant and stain-resistant material. If it gets dirty, you can wipe it with water. Also, enamel absorbs color. Please be careful when handling it.

How should I store them?

The inside of your bag will be very humid due to the moisture from your handkerchief. Store your bag in a roll of newspaper. This will remove the moisture and prevent the bag from losing its shape, killing two birds with one stone. In addition, leather products will not return to their original shape once they are folded and wrinkled, so store them upright as much as possible.
